Personal methods to diminish pianist's hand problems (2) : Forearm support to train the small hand m

We use "mouse" supporting our hands on a table when using computer. While playing piano, why not our wrists and arms too ? A support under forearms during training now and then diminishes the needed work against gravitation. I found that it activates new muscle groups in hands. The photo presents the main idea in this training method. It is to make pianist with his/her arms and upper body in a work where unused and untrained groups of muscles with their nerves and tendons, the whole function of resting arms, fore-arms and hands, is taken along to the playing. This method trains the pianist in an important way. As a support I use here a sleeping bag. I base this idea on my own keyboard training and my development experiences. I think they can be heard on my Cd's.
